DSN Conference Registration in all member categories, including student registration, includes attendance at all DCCS and PDS sessions and all Workshops, Monday welcome reception, Tuesday poster reception, breaks, lunches, excursion and banquet, and proceedings on USB.
Single Day Workshop Registration includes all workshops, breaks, lunch on the day of the workshops, Monday welcome reception, and the workshop proceedings. Registration for "DSN Conference" includes all workshops.
Students are required to provide proof of full-time student status( (such as a valid student ID) at the time of registration.
Cancellations are subject to a HK$800 processing fee and must be received by May 28, 2011. There will be no refunds after May 28, 2011.
DSN 2011 will be held on June 27 to 30, 2011 at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, Hong Kong. The supplies of our negotiated block rate (HK$1600 plus 10% tax) rooms will be sold out on 1 June.

Guests will need to notify that they belong to the group, Chinese University/IEEE Computer Society.
On June 29, an excursion will be arranged for DSN 2011 participants, taking the Peak Tram, the world's oldest and most famous funicular railways to The Peak to enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view across Hong Kong.
After the excursion, we will enjoy the banquet at Jumbo Floating Restaurant where is ornamented in the style of a gorgeous and exquisite ancient Chinese imperial palace and serving fresh seafood in Cantonese style. Click here for a PDF of the excursion flyer.
Visa requirements are different according to each country. Visitors to Hong Kong must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months before the planned departure date to Hong Kong. Visitors from most countries are not required to obtain visas and can stay for periods varying from 7 days to 180 days, depending on nationality.
Please check the web site of the Hong Kong Immigration Department and the Chinese embassy or consulate to find out whether you need to apply for an entry visa to Hong Kong.

Please note that Letter of Invitation will only be sent to participants who have registered and paid for the Conference. Should participants withdraw from the conference after the issue of Letter of Invitation, the consulate will be notified of the withdrawal accordingly.
